Too is the latest stop on Timm's incredible musical journey. Since retiring from public performance in 2012, he's been focusing on composing and has adopted the touchstyle guitar as his primary writing tool. The new album looks back on his heavy rock roots while moving forward in the progressive/experimental vein of his last effort, Here To Now. Fans of King Crimson, Stick Men, Trey Gunn, and Markus Reuter will really enjoy this album.

"I feel like this album is a real step forward in my touchstyle guitar playing", says Timm. "I'm on my way to finding my own voice on the instrument, which is something I've been working hard to do. It's much the same thing that happened with my drumming; I put in the hours and eventually things started to come out sounding like me, rather than someone else. It's an exciting moment!"
