How We Protect Your Data
Personal information collected when you subscribe to our mailing list is stored locally using AES-256 encryption. (NOTE: Fifty supercomputers that could check a billion billion (1018) AES keys per second (if such a device could ever be made) would, in theory, require about 3x1051 years to exhaust the 256-bit key space.) This information is updated whenever there are additions or subtractions to our mailing list.
Personal information collected when you make a purchase from Timm Biery Enterprises in our website shop or through our Bandcamp store IS NOT stored by us locally. Information relating to your purchase(s) is stored by Bandcamp & our payment processor PayPal. See "Purchases Made At TimmBiery.com" for more information.
In Event Of A Breach
Though our systems are under constant monitoring from threats, a breach is remotely possible. In the event of a security breach, the only information that could be obtained about you would be your email address, your name and physical address (if you have provided them), and the details regarding the purchase you made. Information such as credit card numbers and account passwords are NEVER given to us and we have no access to them. This information cannot be obtained from our systems.
If a breach were to ever occur resulting in unauthorized access to information you have provided us you will be notified within 72 hours of the discovery of such a breach.
